Dr Stuart McAuley came to Australia from Ireland in 2010. He trained in medicine in Aberdeen, Scotland rotating through several hospital positions gaining a broad general medical experience prior to embarking on General Practice training in the UK and subsequently moving to Australia, gaining Fellowship with the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners in 2010. He has now been working in the Pine Rivers area ever since.

His interests include family medicine, obstetrics and gynecology, emergency medicine, skin medicine and paediatrics.  He also works for the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners and examines GP registrars who are sitting the fellowship exam. He trains and supervises GP registrars within the primary care setting as they pursue GP training.

Outside medicine he enjoys playing golf, running and spending time with his family.
